After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 591 honorees, and we’re excited to share that GoLinks is one of them!
Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine the overall score and ranking.
Despite being one of the most competitive years yet, GoLinks achieved a finalist score of 92 (higher than the average!) and was named one of Inc.’s Best Workplaces in 2023.

- Employee Recognition: We encourage employee recognition company-wide using Profiles. Profiles is a people platform that allows employees to recognize their peers through awards called Bravos. These awards show up in a Slack channel so everyone can celebrate the win.
- Inclusivity: We welcome diverse perspectives and encourage employees to share their unique ideas, and create opportunities for employees to interact and collaborate across different teams, departments, and backgrounds.
- Connection: We have a designated culture committee that organizes educational and fun activities, such as new-hire buddies during onboarding, weekly water coolers, happy hours to celebrate holidays, and quarterly offsite events.
