The GoLinks analytics dashboard allows you to view workspace data to get insights into how your organization uses GoLinks. You can navigate to your workspace analytics by clicking Analytics on the left hand column of your dashboard. Once you have made it to the Analytics tab, your workspace analytics will be the second tab, labeled Workspace.
In the first section of your GoLinksWorkspace analytics, you can view your workspace’s most used links, and what some of the newest links are. These are also clickable links so you are able to direct to those links if they are ones you’ve not seen and are curious about. These are updated for the “last 30 days”, and you are able to expand the view to see more.
Scrolling down, you can view the usage of go links in your workspace. This breakdown includes: go links created, used, and time saved. Below that is a breakdown of users within your workspace who have saved the most time and have created the most go links. Following that section is more insights on usage by the role of the user.
The final section in the workspace analytics is the most popular section. This includes most popular tags, commonly searched terms, and the top not found terms. These top not found terms can be useful for applying towards your existing links. These are the search terms that users have accidentally typed instead of the intended link.
