Microsoft Outlook Integration Guide for GoLinks Users

Integrating Microsoft Outlook with GoLinks allows you to easily access your resources without long text or messy urls.

With the click of a button, you can change “go/” keywords into clickable hyperlinks that allow you to easily access and share the power of GoLinks no matter what tool you’re in.

  1. From your GoLinks dashboard, navigate to Integrations in the left-hand menu.
  2. From there, find and click on the Outlook Integration.
  3. Click the “Add” button on the top right and “Get it now!” on Microsoft App Source.
  4. Sign into your Microsoft account if prompted to.
  5. Click “Get it now” and click “Continue”.
  6. Click “Open in Outlook Web”.
  7. Once in Microsoft Outlook, go to the Apps and click “Add app”.
  8. Search “GoLinks for Outlook” and click “Add”.
  9. Now your Microsoft Outlook GoLinks Integration is installed!
  1. Once in Microsoft Outlook, open any email you’ve received with “go/” keywords.
  2. Click the “Enhance Outlook with Apps” icon.
  3. A modal will pop up to the right showcasing all the golinks found in that email.
  • go/keywords will automatically hyperlink for you
  • Turn long URLs into clean, memorable and easily shareable GoLinks like go/designs or go/roadmap.
  • Everyone on your team can access the same GoLinks, without needing to ask around.
