Email domains

The Email domains tab lets you control which email domains are allowed to join your workspace and how those domains are treated. It also provides options for managing multiple verified domains within a single organization.

Allowed email domains and available roles

  • Define which email domains are allowed to join your workspace.
  • Only users signing up with the domains listed here will be able to join your workspace automatically.
  • Optionally, limit the default role for users who join via allowed email domains:
    • When enabled, anyone who signs up using an allowed domain can be given a default role.
    • Admins can always manually adjust roles after a user has joined.
  • How to configure:
    1. Go to the Email domains tab in your workspace settings.
    2. Find the email domain settings you want to change.
    3. Change the default role for each incoming member with that email domain or change the roles available for members with that email domain.
    4. Save your changes.

Multiple domains

  • With an enterprise plan, you can add multiple email domains under the same workspace.
  • This is useful when your organization uses more than one domain (for example, regional domains or acquired brands).
  • Existing enterprise customer can email support@golinks.io.
  • All other customers can contact our sales team at sales@golinks.io
